Aysha began her career playing at Girard High School in Girard, Ohio where she lettered all four years and earned MVP honors.  She played collegiately as a setter, for Warner University in Lake Wales Florida where she was a 3-year captain. Awarded Graduate Assistantship at Webber International University, Volleyball scholarship at Florida Institute of Technology, Shot putter for Warner University Track Team, At lake Whales she earned a B.S. in Sports Management.
