Cole earned a full four-year scholarship to Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey where she first hit the court as Outside and Middle Hitter as a true Freshman, then served as the team’s “utility player”, finishing her career as the starting Right Side as a Senior.  Cole was named to the Academic All-Big Ten Team three times as a Scarlet Knight.


As a club player, Cole competed in seven consecutive USAV National Championship Tournaments with the Orlando Volleyball Academy earning three top ten finishes including bronze medals in 14 Open and 16 Open and 5th place in 17 Open.  In addition to USAV success, Cole was a member of three AAU National Champion squads in the 14 Open, 15 Open, and 17 Open Divisions with multiple national qualifier wins as the Big South and  Mid-East JNQ Champions.


At Lake Highland Prep, Cole earned a spot on the national Under Armour All-American Watch List in addition to being ranked the “Number 7” player on the Brighthouse Sports Network Top 20 Volleyball Player Countdown, and named to the All-Metro Conference Teams of 2011 and 2012.


Coaching her first club team for Orlando Volleyball Academy while still a Senior player in club and at Lake Highland Preparatory School, Cole renewed her love of mentorship and coaching after graduating from Rutgers at West Orange High School Girls’ Volleyball Coach in 2018 and 2019.
